Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year based on caseload

Position Overview:

New Growth counseling is seeking to hire a mental health clinician who aligns with our vision of providing high quality, accessible, and compassionate mental health services to members of our local community.

New Growth Counseling is a private mental health counseling practice located conveniently in North Knoxville. We were found in January of 2022 with the goal of bringing accessible mental health services to the North Knoxville community. Since that time we have grown significantly and have cemented our impact as a premier provider of mental health services in the Knoxville area.

Requirements:

• Must be able to provide mental health therapy services in the state of Tennessee, having graduated with at least a master’s degree in an applicable discipline.

• Desire to complete at least 15 (part-time) or 25 (full-time) client sessions per week.
